Vertu Land Rover Guiseley

I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Guiseley because of a few points. To summarise:
-service started well, was happy with the quick turnaround of getting the car sold to me when the original buyer dropped out. However, it is probably the easiest sale that vertu will ever get so I’ll not go over the top there.
-The delivery service was at best a 2/10. Charged for the car being charged, so it wasn’t delivered to me fresh. Then was promised that it would be charged up within an hour of me having to go and collect it from the dealership. It actually was on even less charge then it had arrived there with!
-Asked to take the delivery driver back to the train station amidst all of this.
-Refunded back the £20 for a full charge (which by the way is more than it costs on a home tariff). But only after about a week and a half of getting the vehicle.
-Was promised some jaguar merchandise by way of apology, I still haven’t received these through.
-I spoke with Emma the GM once who apologised and said she’d personally take care of the GOGW, she now doesn’t answer her phone, nor does the sales rep reply to the emails I’ve sent.

This radio silence came after I gave more than favourable reviews which I was pushed into giving when the survey came. Is that customer service at JLR? Get your decent reviews (which btw you absolutely didn’t deserve), then turn your back on customers?

Would I recommend Vertu to family and friends? I’d recommend they go anywhere but there. No doubt I will have a phone call soon with floods of apologies because of this review, but ultimately, without this review you’d stopped caring about your customer service. Do better

I'd recommend Vertu Land Rover Guiseley because i had no idea what i wanted, could afford or the different types of land/range rover. Will explained everything inside and out, he even took me on a test drive in a car of my choice. Everything was then sorted by him. I basically picked my car, signed a form and turned up to collect it. I even got extras woth the car and the car was well within budget. I love my car and as a first time range rover owner, i cant believe ive not had one sooner! Plus it came with warranty, service plans and amazing customer service!

I had a great experience at Vertu Land Rover Guiseley because the service was exceptional. We ask a lot of questions and asked to see a lot of documents. We had very prompt responses and we felt like very valued customers even with an approved used car.

I'd recommend Vertu Land Rover Guiseley to anyone because friendly knowledgeable service, quick turnaround for colllection of vehicle, salesman talked through everything and set up the vehicle. Slight issue with vehicle car was booked in within a day and issue sorted, collected vehicle from my work place and delivered it back. Contact from General Manager to check in and texts from various Managers thanking for purchase

I was happy with the service at Vertu Land Rover Guiseley because everything that was agreed with Gerard our salesman was carried out and our car was prepared perfectly i would have no problem recommending Vertu Guiseley to anybody
